Thanks guys, I kept the wires that I could together and hid and tied them out of sight. I couldn't really do anything with the header bracket wires from the rear because of their short length and they are on the opposite side of the mobo. I left the CPU fan wires exposed on purpose in case I need to...

Built a New System
I had my Q6600 @ 3.6 for over 2 years and decided it was time to build a new system. I know I really didn't need to but I couldn't stop the urge to build. :) Here is what I threw together: Coolermaster HAF922 Case Asus P6X58D Premium Motherboard Intel i7-930 CPU XFX ATI HD5870 Corsair HX750W Power S...

I was very very tempted to get one. I almost bought one. I was planning to buy one. I then talked myself down and bought a i7 930 instead. I'm playing around with it now to get it stable at 4.2Ghz with HT on. I just couldn't justify the cost benefit ratio. Either way I figure I have a 930 to beat on...

Intel DP55WB MicroATX Build Experience
http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/motherboards/DP55WB/DP55WB-overview.htm This is my first motherboard actually manufactured by Intel themselves. I decided to choose this board because of the size, price, and the fact that I didn't plan to overclock this system at all and figured this would be ...

Western Digital Advanced Format Drive WD10EARS
Here is my experience with installing one. Anybody else have experience with these? I'm interested in hearing what you think of it. I purchased this drive to replace the drive in my Wife's computer that was running out of space. The PC was running Windows 7 and the drive being replaced was a WD3200K...

We have a BJ's membership. We go there to buy diapers and such things. They send us fliers with coupons all the time for a good amount off this and that. I kind of think since I am paying a membership fee I really shouldn't have to use coupons and the stuff should just be that much cheaper in the fi...

Spambayes works well for me. If you take the time to read about how it works and how to use it I think you might like it. You need to train it for a while but once it starts learning it works well. http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ You will need to look at the bottom of this page to figure out what ...

I added an X2 Lite modchip to my box and it has been working great. It was not hard to install. The hardest part is soldering the wire on the D0 connection. I added a 45GB 7200 RMP HD so I can just dump stuff to the HD and not mess around with discs. I use XBMP to play media on the TV. One thing tha...

Gutted a bricked Linksys wireless router...
I bricked it a long time ago with a flash that went bad for whatever reason. I plugged it in to make sure it didn't decide to come back from the dead and then tore it apart. There was a PCMCIA style card in side. I plugged the card into my Dell Inspiron laptop and the card will not start. It is seen...
