You seem to be ignoring the fact that a US base in Korea does serve US interests. This base is not free, our government charges them over a 100 mil to keep it there. I'd go with dell. The prices are competetive but the service is excellent. Look at the dell refurbs but get that extra warrenty.

by upgrade i mean I moved from 2k to XP. I installed XP on a clean formatted HD. Thanks for the link but that scan didnt turn anything up. I guess if all else fails theres always reformatting, yay!
