Re: Smith Contractor 1 Gallon Weed Sprayer mini-review

We have a number of the two gallon versions of this at my work. They do well. Hoses are prone to holes though.

Re: trying to find a power tool service center

That said, I'm sure a Harbor Freight vise would do the trick if this is all you'll use it for. Otherwise, I've had good experiences with Irwin vises.

Re: trying to find a power tool service center

Good luck finding an older vise. They're now collector's items and sell for hundreds of dollars. There's one guy on our local Craigslist that seems to have hoarded them all.

Re: Woman paints fence neon colors after neighbor complains to county

My neighbor is new and got onto the homeowners association because she put herself up for election (nobody participates). She voted for herself and one. Well, not but a week later, I received a notice that I needed to move my trash cans. I kept them on the property line on her side of the home, but ...

There are a ton of Subways out there, but they lack profitability.

Re: I Got a New House

I was very specific about where I purchased my home. I verified that the surrounding homes had outbuildings. In fact, it's what took me so long to find a home in the first place (9 months total). The HOA has a provision for added garage space. We'll see if they are open to my kind of garage space. B...

Re: I Got a New House

OK, for our area, it's a hunk of land. Thanks. I like the long driveway too. I'm planning on expanding on that to a pole barn hopefully if the HOA allows.

Re: I Got a New House

Where did you move to? Was the new house a lot more expensive? It's typical if you have been in a house for a while. My last house I sold for $260k which included a large swimming pool and RV access, and the wife and I moved up north to Woodland, CA. The house here was 2x what I paid for the one in...

I Got a New House

I'm feeling way out of my element all of the sudden. We've been in the same home since 2003. The home itself seems to be perfect, but the new debt and having to move are going to be an adventure.
