My rounded cables will losen up and the top cover peice will fall away from the tube part, but that just take a simple push to get it back into place. I have the XP2100+ and the SLK-800 just like you. I chose the A tornado 80x32mm fan to mount on top of the heatsink and a vantec nexus fan speed controller. On the lowest setting, with all the other case fans down too, I get about 41c (idle temp) with the fan all the way up I get 33c (idle). This is...

Or you could do what my next mod is and actually install the fan on the outside of the case. I won two new 92mm case fans and a lan, but have no room for them INSIDE my case. So I'm going to add them on the top, but have them mounted on the top so that they don't get blocked off by my PSU. I don't k...
