Was in the same boat with the NF7-S and Scorpio Case. Found out that the sink overhangs the mobo about 1/4 inch. It would most likely hit the bottom of the PSU.
Therefore, I went with the SLK-900A/92mm fan and the DFI Ultra Infinity Board. Those are just my experiences.

Also, I was curious on how much clearance there was at the edge of the motherboard (does the SP-97 stick out past the north edge of the board?).
