Non-Standard Dell Power Supply?
My nephews and niece have an old Dell P200, and I was going to throw in an old SS7 with K62-400 in it, but I seem to recall someone on a board saying that the Dell PS has non-standard connections. Is that correct or a bunch of ...??? I thought I'd ask before I potentially fry something.
TIA!

FS: New Compaq IPAQ 3765
Brand new in box, sealed, retail still has UPC. I'm trying to recoup some $$$ here, so I'm looking for around $400.
If that's too much, please let me know gently. Not really looking for any trades at this time.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Loop

Thanks guys, BTW, BigAl, I meant IDE1 as opposed to IDE0, sorry bout that! I'll try looking at it again. It was working fine with the WD HD on IDE0 alone, and the CD on IDE1 as master. Then I tried putting on the burner onto IDE1 as the slave. I also noticed that I used the ata100 cable that came wi...

Can't boot when I put my old burner in my new comp.
I was trying to use my old burner in my "new" computer, but after I put it in, it would hang during the boot process. Sometimes I'd get to the Win98 Splash screen, sometimes not. IWILL KK266R Duron 600@800 Geforce2GTS Onboard sound Win98se Sony 52x CD (master) - Memorex CD-RW (slave) IDE1 ...

Help with KK266 O/C IDE Lockup PLEASE!
All, After running a while (like 2 hours), my system locks up, and the red LED (IDE) is stuck on. I have the latest VIA 4 in 1 Drivers, and this is not related to tht 686B problem I don't think, because I was not in the middle of transferring any large files. IWILL KK266-R (not using RAID) Duron600 ...

FIXED! THANKS! Help Please, Can't boot from IDE0 on a KK266
Installed a refurb from Newegg, using a WD 20GB HD, GEF2GTS, onboard sound. Power on, message: Detecting IDE Drives Stays on for quite a while (15-20 sec), Then goes to: Loading DMI Data pool (or whatever that really says...hangs for another 20 secs) Then instead of the Win98 splash screen, it tries...
