Oh c'mon now...are you all forgetting? These things run in cycles. There was a time when WD was the balls-worst HDD mfgr and their drives were crashing more than a liquored up hooker in a Ferrari on Friday night. And at that time IBM drives were the best. Then Maxtor was the best and now they're kin...

Well I have spoken to a few people at work...the unofficial networking gurus, and they have said that regular old proxy server switching won't work and they told me to use a service like either HTTP-Tunnel or Megaproxy, which are subscription proxy services. I haven't decided yet whether this is wor...

Websense censorware blocking PCA main page! FYI

Unfortunately I am presently battling to overcome my hospital's newly installed censorware app. Unfortunately its intended reason for implementation does not apply to me as I am essentially an independent contractor and paid on the basis of final product, so to speak...and not paid on an hourly basi...

Clie 710c - $350 OBO

This unit is about one and a half months old. I have the original box, all the contents and packing - including 8 MB memory stick and headphones (and everything). It has the highly vaunted Brando screen protector which it has had pretty much from the beginning - cost me an additional $12. I can thro...

My case is now vibrating my entire house with 2 120 mm YS Tech's and a 60mm Delta. You know you have a problem when your girlfriend stops in the middle of a hot session and asks "What the hell is that noise?" ;)

Ah ok, that's no so bad. Thought I was going to have to get the Abit instead cause that would have been a major pain in the a$$.

As some here may know, I was the one who won the nVidia contest for naming their "new" board the G-Force. As my prize they sent me a card for free when they first came out. It took them a while to get it to me and the guy there said it was because they wanted to get me the latest version (...

Yah, the 3M pads seem really slick, but they have a half-life of about 2 weeks...then they warp and get all crappy. I would HIGHLY recommend the Surface1030 from http://www.func.net - without a doubt the best mousepad ever created.

Well to answer all your questions: WW: No, I am not a gynecologist yet, nor do I ever, ever want to be. I see enough diseased box in the ER every day, thank you. Besides preggers (or pregnant women, as we call them) tend to be a whiney, intolerable lot. Frost: I am ashamed to say, I have been cruisi...
