I use phpbb. Its free, and very easy to set up. all you need is some sort of database (MySQL was my choice), a web server (IIS or Apache), and install php5. Phpbb is very robust as far as features go. Although I cant compare it to Vbulletin cause I didnt want to shell out the $80 to buy it and use i...
