Re: Google Pixel

I love my Nexus 5x and I'm thinking I might pull the trigger on the new Pixel, then give the wife my 5x. The fingerprint reader is very handy for quickly getting into the phone and I prefer the pattern option over the 4 digit pin. I've been having second thoughts. I think I'm going to stick with my...

Re: Google Pixel

I considered waiting for a Pixel, but I didn't want to deal with a phone that used USB-C for charging and have to worry about dongles and different chargers. It was bad enough during the mini USB to micro USB transition. I decided to buy a couple of Moto-X Pures three weeks ago and I've been very h...

Google Pixel

So anyone here looking at getting the new Google Pixel phone? We've currently decided to stick with Verizon, we upgraded to the 12GB plan + 2GB per phone for life extra. I need a new phone so that I can pass my old Nexus 5X down and get our son moved from Metro PCS to Verizon. Our bill went from $15...

Re: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB

I had a account for a while and can confirm. Any key you generate is permanently valid and will continue to work if the sub is gone. But there are limits to the amount of keys each product will allow, and if any get distributed in any way, you get a serious lawyer letter. Yup, I don't share keys wi...

Re: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB

My current subscription has been active for about 8 years, but as far as I know, the previous keys from another subscription I had have all worked before. You can generate the keys (depending on the product you'll have from 1 to 5 keys that you can generate). I typically go in and grab all the keys ...

Create bootable USB drives the easy way

So in the past, to install Windows I've created bootable USB drives and I've used Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool. Apparently my current Sandisk USB flash drives don't show up as removable storage, so I couldn't use my old tool. Did some searching and ran across Rufus worked fine. So in case anyone ...

Re: Networking Properties button disabled

So after all these months, I still haven't been able to resolve this issue and things keep getting worse by the day. I went ahead and picked up a new 512GB SSD and I'm going to try installing Windows from scratch on it and see what happens. I'll have to switch back and forth using the BIOS while I g...

Re: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB is also available to MSDN subscribers. I'm checked and we claim a product key just like any other software on MSDN. I'm currently downloading the regular Enterprise version and I'll be installing that to check it out.

Re: Dash-cam recommendations

You can try checking here, they have a forum as well. https://dashcamtalk.com/ An A118 is probably considered the best at it's price range, just make sure it's an official A118 and not some cheap Chinese knockoff. On the higher end, BlackVue is one brand I've been looking at for a while. Just haven'...

Re: The best online backup service for securely encrypting your data

I used to use JungleDisk, but it was just too slow. I've recently switched over to CloudBerry, they have support for backing up either locally to a file share or to probably every major cloud storage provider out there. I use them in commercial installs, but I liked it so much that I use it at home ...

"You should resign...You should be criminally investigated,"

I saw the video, man she fucking grilled his ass. Whether anything actually happens, who knows, but hopefully something does happen.
