Re: How many here use a SSD for gaming?
My desktop is completely disk less. A hard drive will never see the inside of my computer ever again. 2x M.2 NVMe for my OS, 1x M.2 NVMe for work data, 1x 2TB SSD for weekly images, and 1x 1TB for games. Most are 1-2 years old. My drives rarely outlast me upgrading. Mind you I use the pricier drives...

Re: new car loans
When I bought my wife's new car, I put 20K down and financed 30K for 72 months. I specifically did it this way to hit a monthly payment target. Re: Foundry worker puts wet scrap metal in furnace
It looks like the front has some sort of plexi-glass or some material to protect the driver from something like that. He does continue to drive it in a controlled manner and you can see him walking away normally. Either that or the dude has an extremely high tolerance for pain.

Re: Samsung Is Promising 'Never-Die' SSDs
Interesting that you mention this while I'm RMAing my 2nd Sandisk SSD in the last couple months. Sounds like it's time for you to switch to Samsung :) I have about a dozen different Samsung SSDs (Pro, EVO, M.2 PRO) etc... I personally haven't had any issues with any of them and some have been runni...

The product I've switch to from Acronis is Macrium. I really hate how Acronis has changed over the years plus all the various stupid issues I've encountered over the years.
