From the pics, it appears the neighbor is using the cuttings as mulch. This is actually a good thing: the cuttings replenish the lawn naturally. Cuts down on the amount of water needed, and helps "shade" the grass from heavy sun exposure, too. And there's less to haul to curbside for pick-...

Take Two took a pounding in the stock market last week. There was a blurb in their 10-Q financial reports: apparently there's some sort of promisary note to 3DRealms, with cash incentives, to finish DNF by December 31st...of THIS year.
