turn down your AGP arperture in the BIOS: it worked for me
I would not recommend setting AGP Aperature lower than 64 Mb (the default). That usually causes lockups in games.

Anyone else?

Still using 30.82 here and they're a ROCK. A minor gain for lack of stability is no fair trade in my opinion. I'm hard pressed to switch if LoneWolf's problems are common.

BSBY, is that a TSR app? I'd rather not have anything running in the background I don't need.

I'll download it and look at it later.

So is anyonme using the new NVidia WHQL 40.72 Detonator Drivers?

I'm getting to the point where I hate updating my drivers. I have to Ghost my Win2K partition (because I am not a trusting soul) then run refresh rate fix afterward, and then hope it doesn't screw up any games. Some questions for anyone that's tried them: - Any problems? - Any REAL performance impro...

Heh: A functioning cockpit can be installed, based on the Microsoft Flight Simulator. This is offered by a third party and is in the $10,000 area. Goto the projectmagenta site for similar projects they have done. Cool. I went to that site and checked it out: http://projectmagenta.com/ Now THAT would...

You don't need much horsepower for a server (except for BF 1942).

You using the latest version (4.1 I *think*)? Yeah I've had trouble with it. I prefer not to use it normally, but I tried 4.0 and it seemed better behaved than previous versions, and I liked that you can bidn the extra buttons on my Explorer mouse to any keypress AND customize this for each differen...

Interesting Article on Polygraphs....

There was a thread here recently about someone having to take a polygraph test. This is a very interesting article. What I found real interesting is that I was not aware that congress had passed a law in 1988 making it illegal for private sector employers to require that their employees take a polyg...
