It isn't just cash for clunkers. The used car supply is tight because people stopped buying new cars 3 and half years ago. People are holding on to their cars longer now than anytime in history. Why not? The cars last longer.

I am using an HD Tivo. Very happy with it except that I have Amazon Prime - which allows free streaming to PCs - but I can only get Amazon movies through the TIVO by paying for them.

I mostly use Netflix and have really had no issues streaming from Netflix.
