Try it from your phone's cellular connection.
When I tried that on my website, the changes appeared immediately, thus I am really beginning to suspect Comcast is doing some caching of static web servers like my personal one.

UGH! Still not working, even from my cell on cell service. So annoying. I'm not on Comcast but AT&T might do the same thing. That's just annoying AF.
