I sold a guy a never played never opened World of Warcraft for 30.00. Like I said NEW
20.00 less than retail of 49.99

Evedentaly it didnt please him b/c it didnt come with a BIG box and a guest pass? Not that I know it was to come with a guest pass anyways. it was a sleave with cds sealed and a key on it.

Now he is being a bitch about it and saying I did him wrong.

Did I do something wrong here? I wasnt even in the least misleading the ad along with many other games was FS pc games New never opened.

Im doing the refund deal but Im taking my shipping cost out of it.

I WOULD NOT refund him Dean.. Because he could have used the CD-KEY, and if he did, it's kind of like Steam, nobody else can use it.. You didn't do anything wrong, they don't even sell the big boxes anymore. There were only 10,000 Collector's Editions made, I have one that I bought for my girlfriend. You're not in the wrong here man.

The only way to find out if it's been used is to try and register with it, and in doing so you'd still kill it.. But it really sounds like they just wanted to get the key to create a new account and came up with this to bitch about.. Just my .02 though. I can't think of any other way, but I will look.

as long as you are sure you gave him a clean key i would not worry

I know it was a clean CD it came straight from Vivindi Universal. No way it was used.

Just tell him to eat it Dean, he got what you advertised. You didn't advertise CE or anything of the sort. Besides that, the guest pass is only good for 10 days anyways. Just tell him that he got what he paid for plain and simple. I've got your back.

As the other good guys here mentioned, he is screwing you around.

I would not refund a penny to him. If you do then of course take out your costs. You were clear. All he had to do was simply ask about those things.

What would one want a box for anyway.
