Forum Time?

When I see the forum time it appears like it is 30 minutes behind my time when I set my time zone, I can't choose another to match either, anyone else notice this?

I set PCA time zone to ZULU time.... got a diffrence of 24 min from my plugger (my plugger can not tell a lie either, wink wink).

Yeah, I just saw this too...
All times are GMT -8 hours. The time now is 09:52 PM. My time is actually 9:28PM

ehh? lol It says it's 11:52PM which is spot on for my area..
