For Sale Thread open to all?

I just noticed that the For Sale topic is now open to me... even when I don't sign in. Is that supposed to be like this? Or is this a glitch?

Or how often we stay logged in! I thought it was hidden by default to keep away the fly-by trolls.

Agreeing with Zyfer... the only reason I noticed it was because I had to reinstall Windows on my rig the night before... >.> I never log out of PCA XD
