I'll keep note of this too. I've noticed this behavior for quite a while and from various different PCs, my ipad, etc but then later on another PC (or even the same one later), it'll be OK (see the new threads).

worked for me this morning. Happy to toss in some $$ if we need to upgrade. My tech help would not be useful...
