Shut down registration

OK, forum is by invite only now. When they try to register, the anti-spam question tells you it's an invitation only forum, and to use the "Contact Us" link if you need to contact the admin.
Christians warn us about the anti-christ for 2,000 years, and when he shows up, they buy a bible from him.
