How do you find others email?

When i go into profiles, the only option i have is to email the other individual. Is there any ways to see the email directly? For trades, it's easier to use Outlook because i'll have copies of my emails, and can keep track of things easier.

I don't know, haven't had time to see yet but so far it doesn't appear so unless one has their email showing in their sig. There might still be a way, once I learn this more.
