whats the oldest and newest peice of hardware in your computer ?

The oldest is the floppy drive (inside case that is), who ever replaces those?
Actually, my ~8 yr old 19" viewsonic monitor (just replaced) is the oldest item on my main system but it still works OK.

The newest one TODAY is the Zalman 7700-cu cpu cooler:

BUT tomorrow, it will be a Dell 20.1" widescreen, LCD flatscreen monitor which I got on sale ($200 off with free shipping). Every few days, they go on sale for a while.

Oldest? Well, if it's not the cobwebs around the part of the HD with my Favorites link to PCA, it's prolly the monitor. Still waiting on the carbon-dating results on it.

Newest? WD400JB.
