Yea it looks like he took something from the counter there. Who's to say he wasn't going to pay for it. That is if it was for sale, he could have grabbed the cordless phone they have at those stations. It didn't look like he took the cd he was messing with. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have someone else snatching as many cd's as possible just to the left of that camera and he was the distraction.

My first thought was:

"what a fag but hell, if he's so full of live and so happy to hear that song then so be it"

but then I watched it again and it is kind of strange that

1. He's dancing in the first place
2. He keeps looking around, checking on someones progress?
3. He's dancing
4. He's dancing

I think it's an attempt to draw attention away from the guy stealing the David Allen Cole albums.
