tech support charges these day
ha guys need to know what to charge for tech support . not done any in so long and got a call from the guy that drove we crazy when I lived in michigan . his printer had a paper jam and had no clue how to unjam it brothers printer just a B & w home printer .nothing crazy but i really want to loose this guy !

When I retired 5 years ago I was charging $95/hr and I was on the low side. I'm certain it's more like $125/hr now.

we went today had to watch the brother video online and got the paper out that was jammed .simple after looking at the video . why this guy couldn't of done just what we did is beyond . right on top of the printer was a label with model no . as we still are shaking are head . but i'm kind of stuck with him as his wife very good friends with mine.
