Are the Ags gonna beat the shorthorns this weekend ? Make sure and go to yell practice. I hate those t-sippers as well
Does this bother anybody besides me?
All I know is that they need to secure our borders better and they need to keep track of Foriegners Visa's that are visiting or living here. As soon as their Visa's up they should be made to report to the proper authorities or face immediate expulsion. Of course that sounds good but as large as this country is and as many people we let in it would be a Herculean task.. one they best be working on now.
As for the Borders I think that's a job for either the National Guard or the Army.

Ich bin ein PC Mißbrauch
I'm down wit dat. I'd rather the INS handle what kind of slime we let in here, rather than some cigar smoking General running willy, nilly with my Consitutional rights.Originally posted by Red Dawn

As to Splitfire, I never said anything about a coup or the Military running the courts or interpreting the Constitution. READ before you open your yap. But that's prolly asking too much, eh? :argue

As usual I can see where this thread could get out of hand (off topic) but after reading the linked story, I too am not seeing any problems with it from what's reported there. Our country does need tighter homeland security and we're just going to have to get use to it. The terrorism against us isn't likely to ever really go away, no matter how many wars we win overseas or insane people we take out.
SBP, I guess I'm an "evil white guy" who also owns several firearms
although I will agree that parts of those old original documents are seriously outdated for modern times and should be amended for reaslistic modern day purposes but that in itself is almost impossible.

I just got back from Yell. It was early tonight so the football team could be there (they have to be in bed by 9:00 or something). The whole thing was kind of wierd and didn't go off very well. Oc course, I've heard all of them have been that way this season. I wouldn't know b/c this was my first one! (Give me a break, I'm a 5th year now!
) I would like to think that we will win tomorrow, but we have so many injuries, its ridiculous. Our starting tight end was a freshman defensive end at the beginning of this season and our leading reciever and rusher both got injured in practice last week. Its going to be rough.
For the enrighment of all who post here at PCA, I have created a new guide for posting anything here (or at any message board for that matter) with simple, step-by-step instructions:
1) Search the internet and find an article relating to anything that might possibly be seen as maybe, a little bit controversial.
2) Post a link to said story and follow it with incoherent ramblings about privacy invasions, "big brother," etc. that may or may not have any actual relevance to the story.
3) Wait a few hours. Come back and you are sure to find plenty of posts. Note that the article does not neccesarily have to do with privacy, but as long as you say it has to do with privacy, you will get responses.
4) Respond to the posts of others who post endless giberish who you think may be trying to agree with your ramblings. Explain how you agree with him/her/them even though what they are speaking is at best the writings of a raving lunatic, and at worst, treason.
5) Respond, again in a string of incoherent ramblings, to those who disagree with whatever point they were able to decipher out of your post by explaining to them they are wrong and stupid. Tell them that you or the article was misquoted. Note that it is OK to ignore your previous posts and the article when making these accusations. Post links to other articles that you believe are proving your point that, again, may or may not pertain to the issue at hand. Proceed to explain how he/she/they, therefore, are making foolish arguements because of all the misquotes. At this point, it may be prudent to call him/her/them stupid, uninformed, or some not-so-subtle insult because of his/her/their obvious attempts to make you look stupid with all the misquotes, but I leave this to your discretion. Make sure to not have anything that could possibly be construed as a point or purpose in this or any post.
6) Repeat steps 3 through 5 until any who may still have been trying to understand you have given up all hope of doing so. Consider yourself the victor of this debate because of your superior logic or understanding of the functionality of the universe.
7) Bookmark the thread and use it as ammo in future debates to show that you have already proven your superior intellect over a person or persons on the board.
I trust all of you will print these guidlines and have them sitting in front of you the next time you post on a message board. Enjoy this public service boys!

On a long enough time line, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
haha. hook'em horns.
Actually people in this thread have provided a variety of viewpoints that contributed to intelligent debate. Something I just don't think you're capable of. I think you just enjoy being caustic towards me. Your public service post is ludicrous as you repeatedly attempt to put words in my mouth etc. Basically you just show yourself to be an ass. I'll make ya a deal. You stay out of my threads and I'll stay out of yours.
