Actually, similar logic seemingly applies now where I work. They use to supply "drugs" like asperin, tylenol, anti-acids in those on the wall medicine cabinets where they keep bandaids, etc until they switched insurance companies. The new insurance company had all those "drugs" removed because we might not know what we're doing with them, OD, have a bad reaction to them and sue SO now they're gone and we have to bring in our own stuff instead (wonder if THAT's legal?).
We need more lawsuits, warning labels, legal disclaimers in our seemingly mindless land, no "common sense" (which can't be legally defined either).
