DB how did the gig go last night?
About ordering the cd where is the best place to order from?
Is it safe to use a credit card number at that site online?
IF I do order online does anyone know if there are any files left on my comp that I should delete afterwords?
I want to order one but dont usually do it online...is there a 1800 number?
thanks
oh yea and are those prices in Canadian funds? LOL
It will cost us $20.00 CDN with shipping ....our Monopoly money is so bad right now...haha

Ordering is secure thru CDStreet. They capture the CC info and only send an order number to Static for fulfillment. All we do is tell them it's shipped and they charge you. We don't get that info. I'm not aware of any files left behind in the process, but haven't had any complaints.
Yes, your Monopoly money is pretty sad and your taxes are high, but hey, your health care is "free".

(Nominated Best Rock Recording - 2002 Detroit Music Awards)Just checking to see if everyone (excepting mcbiff, cuz he's in Sweden!) got their CDs yet and if anyone had any comments. If you've got any fave tracks, please e-mail me or post them so I can see what's hitting with my fellow PC Abusers.
Thanks to all who ordered (and if you haven't ordered yet, we've got yours ready and waiting to go!)

(Nominated Best Rock Recording - 2002 Detroit Music Awards)Yo I did get it. Sorry about not mentioning it, just been kinda sidetracked recently.
Any you're welome Dirk.
Not sure what for but you're welcome.

And thank you for mentioning some of us, regardless of how this turns out it is the thought that counts. I really mean that. I certainly wish you the best of luck, persevere and you'll accomplish your dreams.
But, I know you know that.
Somehow I've been searching for so..
more later..just haven't had time. Sounds good so far from what I've heard.
Takes me having to listen to songs several times before I know I like em.
And btw guys, whoever gets this CD, do Play loud for maximum damage.
I don't know any other way actually. hehe, sometimes my dorky neighbor will blare country music in his backyard which drives me bats. Till I crank up my huge speakers blasting usually aerosmith, zz top and now....

mcbiff: All the orders went out either the 20th or 21st. There was a problem with the shipping confirmation system at CD Street and the notices weren't done until Monday. You'll be rocking your meatballs and drowning out the neighbors ABBA real soon!

(Nominated Best Rock Recording - 2002 Detroit Music Awards)I'm sure that they were shipped no later than last Wednesday. The way I understand it, CD Street takes the order and captures the CC numbers. They send Static a note with the order and shipping info. When it ships, Static notifies CD Street who charges the card and sends a note to the buyer that it's been shipped. Because of the holiday, when Static tried to confirm shipment on Wednesday, it didn't work and since they didn't go in on Friday, didn't get the note that there was a problem until Monday.
I know that people in Cali and NYC got there's on Monday, so it's gotta be coming soon to you. I don't know what trans-Atlantic ship times are, but it IS on it's way. Hope you'll find it worth the wait.

(Nominated Best Rock Recording - 2002 Detroit Music Awards)Oh, cool! I was just coming here to tell you that I had just spoken to the label and told them you hadn't gotten it yet. They checked and realized they sent it at a cheaper/slower method than you were charged for.
To make it up to you, they're going to send you a FREE copy of Motor CD...

...a Detroit compilation that I worked on back in 1997. It's got a wide variety of styles and maybe there's something else you'll dig from the Motor City. Thanks for your order and patience.

(Nominated Best Rock Recording - 2002 Detroit Music Awards)Wow. that's great! Very nice of them. Although the CD i got was reward enough. What an album! I've listened to it a couple of times now and I'm already hooked. Consider me your first Swedish fan.
I hope you guys really make it big, you deserve it.
PS. Killjoy is probably my favorite of the "new" tracks at the moment, probably just a coincidence that it has my name right next to it.
#1 With a Bullet is still my fave though, it's simply amazing. Though I don't think I noticed what was removed in the "Radio Edit" that I got from MP3.com, care to enlighten me?

Well, as our first Swedish fan, your job is to now convert as many people as possible there to the cause, have them buy CDs and beg their schools/universities to bring us over for a tour! Got it? Good!
The Radio Edit of "Bullet" is 45 seconds shorter. I cut half of the intro and faded the out solo sooner. I kinda regret not including that as well on the CD so radio would be more inclined to play it. It just didn't cross my mind. Oh well.
I stopped by our Call Center and one guy bought THREE copies and someone else say that and bought one as well. Schweet!
Have you gotten yours, everyone?

Yes, especially if the fans are lovely Swedish women. Ahh the price and perks of stardom.
