I finally returned to broadband

I received my DSL hardware today and I'm at a 768/128 connection.
I'm sooooo happy. I've been on a limited 56k dialup since march of this year ... this is awful when you're used to flatrate (4 years) and broadband (last 3 years oneway cable).

I can understand how the people feel who lost their @home .

We have only one phoneline here, so I could only go online late evening/nights. Now add to this that I had no flatrate, this made the last 8 online months a hellish experience for a longtime internet addict like me.
90 Hours/month for $35, each additional minute is like a cent, so I had to check how long I'm online each day (average 3 hours).

I will celebrate tonight and drink many german beerz :D

when we got it at the office i didn't even want to use my dialup up at home...now i have dsl at home, only 384/128 but it's steady and doesn't get bogged down like the cable.
