I've been following the news about the missing pregnant lady out in California, and as time goes on it doesn't look to good for her now.
Laci Peterson, 27, who was due to have a baby boy on or about February 10, 2003, has been missing since Christmas Eve. Her husband, Scott Peterson, 30, told police he left that morning to go fishing some 85 miles away at the Berkeley Marina while his wife was getting ready to walk their dog in East La Loma Park.
Her husband <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="

I think he's guilty as hell.

I've been following that also. In cases like this the police look at family members first and he was the last one to see her. Now that doesn't mean he did it as in this day perps take {& kill} anyone.

Scott might have been having an affair and was photographed with another woman days before his wife vanished.
omg no way! he was actually photographed next to another woman! must be guilty!
ok so, he cracked a smile. im sure there were about a million people trying to cheer the guy up, the media just waits for the "money shot" such as that one. maybe he is guilty, i cant say i know enough about the case. but it has almost been 30 days and the cops havent arrested him yet, so he must have an airtight alibi as well as some solid lying skills.

On an emotional day for the family of missing Laci Peterson, her relatives publicly withdrew support for her husband and urged him to tell police everything he might know about her disappearance.
The Rocha family announcement came Friday, just hours before another woman stepped forward to claim she had been duped into a romantic relationship in November with Laci's husband, Scott Peterson, under the mistaken belief he was single. He had previously denied an affair.
``I was introduced to him. I was told he was unmarried,'' Amber Frey nervously said at a news conference.
Frey, 28, said she came forward on her own because she was being repeatedly contacted by members of the press for details about the extramarital relationship.
``I'm very sorry for Laci's family and the pain that this has caused them and I pray for her safe return as well,'' Frey said.
Modesto Police Detective Doug Ridenour said Frey has been eliminated as a suspect in the disappearance of the pregnant Laci Peterson, who was reported missing by her husband Christmas Eve.

The police and the DA's department haven't moved on the Ramseys either.... The killer of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman are still out there... And Bobby Blake didn't kill his wife...
It's going to be dreadful when they uncover what has happened to Laci...

That is one sick man. He should be sent to jail.
Very sad outcome indeed.

Thanks for the update blade, I had no idea. :-\

I don't know if Scott Peterson is guilty or not, obviously police think so otherwise they wouldn't of arrested him. Whoever committed that horrendous crime certainly deserves a death penalty.
One thing that this poilce department has successfully done is keep tight lip about the evidential discoveries, which will make that much harder for defense attorney to be prepared for rebuttals.

Get a load of this - NOW is sticking their noses in on this!
The head of the National Organization for Women's Morris County chapter is opposing a double-murder charge in the Laci Peterson case, saying it could provide ammunition to the pro-life lobby.
"If this is murder, well, then any time a late-term fetus is aborted, they could call it murder," Morris County NOW President Mavra Stark said on Saturday.
Prosecutors in California announced Friday their intention to charge Scott Peterson, 30, of Modesto, both with killing his wife and their unborn son.
Laci Peterson was eight months pregnant when she disappeared Dec. 24.

I'm all for a women's right to choose, but at EIGHT FVKIN' MONTHS!!!

even if the unborn child's death is not "counted" against him...i would think the premeditated murder of the wife and decapitation would be enough.
my argument on the unborn child issue...i would vote for saying it's a double murder since she was intending on having the child, so she wasn't given the choice. tough issue to argue, though. the lawyers will go back and forth on this for a while. ugh.
