Does anyone know this photographer?

He was the guy or woman who did the series of black and white photos that merged different enviroments together. For example, he did the one that has an escalator coming out of an ocean with a man standing in front of it. He\she also did the overhead picture of a busy city street fused in between church pews.

Anyone have any idea who this photographer is?

lol. that was good. I used to have a calendar of his but I forgot his name. I like the one with the trees coming up through the hard-wood floors. BTW - I said "hard-wood".
