It talks about how there are numerous unacounted for tunnels under Tokyo, and how everyone acts very secretive towards you if you ask to fing things out about their subways... Its a good read, I'm curious to get that guys book too.

As the guy says "Every city with a historic subterranean transport system has secrets".
So yeah some of the info is outdated right from the start or lost.

btw the secret is Godzilla is hidden down there.
