i think its bull when i apply for a job and have 3x the skills for the job then the other (black or whatever) guy that they pick them, even tho they have no clue as to whats going on, over me cause they have to fill a "quota"

It's because they are too chicken sh!t to vote otherwise. Too afraid of being labled that "r" word, racist.
Now days minorities have more rights than us. And they take full and usually unfair advantage of that.

yeah, I did a lot of reading of cases dealing with this in gov. It amazed me...the supreme court justices who voted for afirmative action basically said "well, b/c the blacks were discriminated against, it's okay to do it to white people now...". No joke. i should find a couple cases and post them. Something to do later tonight. A total shock, and 100% bullshit.
