can someone pls help me?

i'd like 2 retain the [eagleflag] gif in my Sig, but 'tis a bit large. i dunno what proggie can do it, but i can do nothin' w/it usin' ACDSee coz o' the animation, i reckon. i was hopin' someone wouldn't mind diddlin' w/it 2 get it 2 'round 2/3 the current size.

is there anyone here i can bribe? ~ t.i.a.
