Hey everyone!
I recently installed a new harddrive in my laptop, and I just noticed a few days ago that NTsearch has creeped into IE. Every few words are hyperlinked to the "NT search" homepage where I can search these words...which I don't want too!! It's driving me nuts, can anyone offer a solution for this awful search engine?
Thanks in advance!

DEFINATYELY spyware.
Lately I'm recommending Spy Sweeper. It seems to catch everything that Adaware & Spybot catch AND you can leave it running to prevent some spyware from getting through. You need to update it manually once a month or pay the annual subscription for automatic updates:

You should also do a Google search on "NTSearch" and see what comes up. Some of the newer spyware may need a manual removal.
