Hunting
This weekend was opening weekend for Archery for whitetail deer here in Texas. I went and did not get my deer yet (saw several in the field but not close enough for bows).
However I did get a monster pig with the bow. 350 lbs.

Hmm, eating the eyes just sounds freaky. With all that meat on that thing why would anyone want to eat the feet/ears/eyes/and god forbid the jewels.normalicy wrote:I hear that the eye balls & ears (once you get the wax out) are actually pretty good. Though, I think I'll leave that to those who care.

Prior to the bow shot.
BTW: He was too big to eat. Once these wild pigs are this big and old they are no good for consumption.
