Wow, that's real close to me. Shame I'm $300,000 short. It's totally something I'd go for. Think of how loud I could blare the stereo. No one would hear. Heck, I could park my cars in there & have a monster workshop. I love it.

wonder how big a dehumidifier you have to have built ?

Pretty crappy, thus a large amount of sound deadening would need to be applied.

No doubt. It's kinda cool but you just know that there's gotta be gobs of humidity and dripping water in places that you wouldn't want. Probably wouldn't need AC and not much heat either as temps in caves usually don't fluctuate much.
I'm not all too exited about how they finished the rooms but........

Have to watch it and see if it sells.
