I cooked a Boston Butt roast in the crock pot all last night, then added BBQ sauce for the last couple of hours. It made most excellent BBQ samiches :s mile

I do that frequently too. Heck, I don't add the BBQ until after it's done. But there's nothing like pulled pork.

What kind of bbq sauce do you use. I tried a new kind, Sweet Baby Ray's. It was really good.

Oh, so you are new at these things? Or is it regional. Sweet Baby Ray's is pretty standard fare around St. Louis. Most people I know say it's their favorite. It's a bit too sweet for me, but I'd pick it over most others anyhow. I'm a big fan of Cattlemans because they have a bit more tang & a bite, but that's more for ribs & chicken in my book. In general though, Masterpiece is my favorite because of the smoky flavor (though it is very similar to Sweet Baby Ray's) & I'd use it on anything (even an old sock).

Heck, this got me thinking, I think I'm gonna cook up some riblets tonight.

KC Masterpiece is what I have always used, but a friend suggested Sweet Baby Ray's. I agree, it is a little sweet, and I think I do prefer Masterpiece or Cattlemans.
