just signed a contract for a nice little farmhouse and 4+ acres on a ridge. It's in real nice shape and comes with 2x2car garage, buncha outbuildings, and a single wide :)

That's great, we need more geek farmers around here. Now I have someone to talk about horses, cows, and chickens and such :s mile

I'm done with horses but might consider a mule. They do better in hilly terrain.
