You've got morons saying they should sue whoever owns the dock. Idiots. How about the dock owner should sue the little girl's family for being morons.
It's illegal in most states to feed wild animals. And there's a reason for it. THEY'RE WILD ANIMALS.
I'm sure the seal was just playing around, but as far as it's concerned the girl was a toy ball.
On another note, I realize the family was probably focused on the child but SOMEONE should have thanked the guy for jumping in to save the kid. It looks like he had his phone in his back pocket so that's probably ruined.
