Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how they earned that contract. I suspect it was one of those things where it was already in the works and couldn't be stopped without a pile of paperwork.

Just received two notifications from TransUnion stating that someone was trying to open accounts in my name, but were denied. Sure glad I have them all locked up.
