I love it he tell the HOA to stick it where the sun don't shine .and by the time they can but a real bit to have it removed he have it gone anyway.

My neighbors love my Deuce. Especially in the winter when they get stuck and I pull them out, or the road are close and its the only thing that can still move!

Might be, but it just looks like a dry rotted spare wheel for the tank.

Yeah, upon closer inspection it does look like a match for the road wheels. That said, it's a spitting image of a cushion style forklift tire.

Yeah I had to look at it again and in a few shots it looks like it might have a tread pattern on it.
