This is what I've been saying all along, except that I think they need to be even more extreme. The world is changing, and there are places we can't live anymore. I strongly believe it was a waste of money to rebuild the levees in New Orleans after Katrina. They should have just bought everyone out in the lower wards and let it go back to swamp land to protect the higher ground. It would have been cheaper.
