the city keeps up on the downtown entertainment area well policed and safe . but the other area of the city sucks . it also shows on the price per square foot to buy or rent space for living or store space. I can't believe what auto insurance rates are in the city proper or border suburb city's.so glad im 35 miles north of the city . id never be able to afford insuring a new or pricy used car.
