I love it when you try call a major corporations help line and there a 15 caller ahead of you waiting .then the recording said for faster service use there web site . it has tons of useful information there you fine a email address to send them your inquire . they say it your question will be replied to with in 24 hours . you send them a email and wait 24 hour then 3 more business days still no reply .so you send a second and still nothing comes back .

This is the new norm. I treasure the few companies that have responded to an e-mail.

The thing I miss most is customer service. If a company responds to my inquiries quickly, they get a customer for life.

That's exactly why I only buy XFX video cards. They've taken care of me several times.
