I have a strict rule that I've always gone by and I always have to remind my wife every year (since she tries to get me to break it):
Once Thanksgiving Day is over, I REFUSE to go to any retail store, shopping center or mall until after the new year. No way, no how!
You'd have to pay me at least $1000 cash up front to even consider putting up with that nonsense. People get stupid this time of the year.
