speak out for a great company

Calphalon we have had there pots and pans for over 15 years now I'm sure . today we called them to try and find out what they sell that may match up to are set. we couldn't figure out looking online what handles were the closest match . figured we used them for all this time we just buy a brand new set.
anyway they were warranty but seeing are set was discounted we just just buy a new set. we called there help line and the rep. said send him 2 photos of the pan . we had a hard time making out the model and date stamp on the bottom of the pan .
he did what we were not expecting at all . he read it and did a cross reference to the unit . next he said that they be sending us a brand new pot and glass lid . this was just about 11 am today we get a email with the order no about 5 mins later then at 6 :15 pm today we get fed x tracking that the units shipped and SCHEDULED DELIVERY

we truly feel this company go's the extra mile . not the first time we have had dealing with them . last time was just as smooth it was on a recall item and they sent a extra gift due to the recall to every one of there clients and it was not a cheap gift .!
