my neighbor having a battle going on. over the state of Florida condo coverage law . he has a 6 H policy that is normal . but there a glitch in the Florida statue law that screwy . it state's from drywall in the condo is responsible and the drywall out into the home the condo owner is responsible . this is all good except when its a problem in the inside room divider wall like my neighbor having .its a water leak between the kitchen wall a bathroom wall. now its a fight between insurance company's and the owner and the condo .
