It depends on the site from which I download, but it's been around 100-200KiB/s lately. I'm certainly not complaining. <img src="http://www.pcabusers.net/forums/images/smilewink.gif" style="width: 16px; height: 16px;" alt=":D"/>

Update: Adding the screenshot, which is only 4KiB.

I find it varies also. I am in Canada with Rogers @ Home.
It goes down quite a bit (mostly email) bit I find down loads fairly fast.Usually averages 80 to 100 kps
I try to stick to fast servers though. For example if you need an update for a Microsft proggy don't get it there go to tucows or cnet's fastest servers in your area.
Here is one of my faster d-loads ...355 kps.
my darn home page is down right now so I cant even show the jpeg.see what I mean?

[rant]well, lets see here...mine is about...oh...maybe a big fat 0...because for some reason AT&T doesnt feel it necessary to offer cable internet in my neighborhood (middle of the biggest surburb of Dallas/Ft.Worth) and I am too far from the office thing for DSL and swbell doesn't give a rat's @ss so I am stuck with 24k dialup on my sh!tty phone line. [/rant]...but anyways, I think my friend averages about 17k/s...I dunno all that converting baud to bits or whatever confuses me...
