Should liven things up. They've implied in the past there's no reason he can't regenerate as a woman. The Master regenerated as a woman his last go-around.

I didn't like Capaldi the first season, but he's been growing on me on this last season (haven't finished it yet).

I think both sides of the "controversy" are funny. One side is crying about tradition, the other is crowing about victory.

Who gives a shit? the characters sex has never mattered in the least. I just hope she can deliver on the doctors quirkyness.

This is what I was telling my friend.. I just want them to be witty/quirky and it's all good.. I have no cares about whether the Doctor is Male/Female/Trans/Gender Neutral..

So far, Capaldi is my favorite of the new doctors. That said, it is time to change things up. I'm not sure if a woman will be good or be bad for the roll, but I'm willing to see where it goes.
