Wow this looks dumb. The CG also looks incredibly fake. I was joking with a friend about buying up all of the 80's action IP and rebooting them. I don't think anyone is planning of rebooting Riptide yet.

Looks like it could be a movie but I can't see it keeping up as a series. Also instant turn off with the fast and the furious BS.

What I am getting at is that level of production looks like its for a movie and not a TV series.
