I don't think that Toyota has the same AWD trans. as they don't a model like that. Pretty sure that it's specific to Lexus. I think it's a valve body problem but Lexus won't let us replace that, no....they'd rather us swap a $13K part.

after my call to GM today my feeling is it will be handle by a friend and Attorney. im just have to wait 24-48 hours before he takes over for me.
now GM saying it has to be handle by the dealership in Florida who originally replaced the transmission. even do the paperwork been decline for reimbursement . I turned in all the papers to my local dealer here in Michigan. im steaming right now .also informed the advisor I spoke with. that Im going to want the original trans located and inspected for a broken wave plate .(they never inspected the original trans mission per my papers . they just advised me it needed a replacement from a road drive inspection . ) old trans never open up before the swap.

That stinks. Good luck. Once you get this taken care of, get rid of that car if possible. Nobody needs that much of a headache.

now the local dealers saying the new problem (yes with codes and then no codes will come up when the scanners attached {they go to read or dash light come on then go off on there own} ) is a electrical problem and not trans related . also saying could be a small deal or a major deal to get fix. as we all guessed its not under any warranties. so it all out of my pocket if I want it fix.
